The chart below shows our low, low monthly rates per unit. Our smallest unit--5X5--rents for only $35 per month. Our largest unit--10X30--rents for only $230 per month. For such a low cost, that extra closet, shed, garage, or warehouse is yours. If you find that a competitor's price is lower, we will do our best to beat it. Please speak with our on-site managers to rent your unit at the lowest possible rate.

You may need even more space than that, and we have the flexibility to double the square footage of our largest single units. Space permitting, we can remove walls and combine two adjacent 10X30 units into one, very spacious 20X30 unit, for a nominal increase in the single monthly rate. Just ask about availability and current prices of combined units!
